The names and descriptions used in the builder belong to Larian Studios, who made Baldur's Gate 3, and/or Wizards of the Coast, who own D&D (let's leave the border between the two to their lawyers), with the exception of a few handfuls of custom descriptions where it felt best to clarify things.
The texts have been manually copied by looking at screenshots and videos of the game and typing the abilities. (If you wonder why the wikis were not used, that's because of the restrictions their licenses apply to their content... even where that content is probably Larian's/WotC's content.)
